    Gotta love it when you can't even switch phones in the @boostmobile app and customer service is clueless (I tell them exactly what I need and give all the info needed and they say I'm calling in for a complete different thing) if it wasn't the 10 dollar promo I'd be gone.

    @BoostCare Your call logs , as well as mine , have and should indicate the multiple attempts to cancel. Boost is unwilling to assist in any meaningful manner to resolve amicably even tho the manager said she would write backend. I am making this public as you read this apparently.
