    @BoostCare I want @boostmobile to just leave me alone. So, instead they sent me a message saying they want to chat about it. THIS is the world we live in today. Hmmm customer wants us to stop calling. Maybe, we could just be smart and courteous and remove his number from our spam list.

    @BoostCare I answered you via your DM. I'll send you my answer again: "You aren't able to read the DM I left for the other Boost Account? They were just now getting back to me regarding an issue I wrote to them about last January. The issue is resolved now, so forget it."

    I was looking at switching to @boostmobile I can't select an esim it wants to give me a psim. I don't have an old phone it's a @google pixel 9 pro xl. So I call their customer service and the guy can't even hear me. I just got off the phone with PeechRings. She heard me fine.

    @VerizonNews This is absolutely disgusting. As someone in the finance industry this is a slap in the face of the middle class. Thankfully my BF has boost mobile so we were able to work off of his hotspot while Verizon was down. Big big thanks to @boostmobile idk where we’d be without you

    @boostmobile Y’all only set it up for free so customers don’t know your shady business practices. You’ve sold cellphone data and allowed enough data breaches to cause identity theft. NO ONE should use your service. Boost Mobile is a sham of a company

    Wishing I had not started a phone please with @boostmobile they suck and they lie cant change my plan through the app the option is not there wont let me change it over the phone either and now when I call they disconnect me everytime. This is stupid .

    @boostmobile tells me they are sorry and then does the same thing. I don't know who's more insane, them or me. I do know #boostmanagementdoentcare. they never make them selves personally available #boostmanagersareinhiding. Must be mating season. They won't come out.

    Looks like I’ll be loosing my number I’ve had for over 5 years because @boostmobile has customers waiting for there port out info and I’m not paying for another month of service this is crazy yall need to do better the this!!!

    The entire @TMobile @TMobileHelp I want to express my sincere experience today never in hope getting anything free ...To continue paying for 3 lines from( Boostmobile T-Mobile) if y'all need power play and ask who I'm with .To keep fully paying my bill the internet runs even slower all devices, A network reset nothing helps.

    @boostmobile why is your id verification process and customer service so messed up? Why do they need my SSN one time and then a photo of my government ID and selfie another day, only to fail the verification and I have to go in store again? Yes "again," because I went in..

    @BoostCare Here I am as I've been for the last two days!! No answers. Trying to pay my bill & now they have taken 2 months of payment. They want me to pay $4 more to speak to a customer service representative. Im taking this further! WAY FURTHER!!

    Dear @boostmobile your service is trash and is obsolete at least with @MetroPCS which sucks too but at least when your service slows down it’s just slow but boost will have you unalived in the wilderness because they cut you all the way off. End your service with #boostmobile

    @boostmobile @BoostCare You need to do better in Flat Top/Ghent, WV no internet and only one bar of service and you can’t even get a call through. This is a huge tourist area during snow season!!!
