    @BoostCare Here I am as I've been for the last two days!! No answers. Trying to pay my bill & now they have taken 2 months of payment. They want me to pay $4 more to speak to a customer service representative. Im taking this further! WAY FURTHER!!

    Here we go again with @boostmobile . Although I pay my bill every month on time for the last 6 years & for personal reasons I had to pay from another account!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $4.00. This is not right!! If they want to treat a customer who pays like this!!!

    @BoostCare Let's start here. As I hit the (send direct message) I'm stuck. Won't go through. Im very unhappy that you think it's okay to put an outside service (AI) on my phone without permission. Since you charge me $4 to speak to someone my only option is this. Im a good customer!!

    I've whining & crying about @boostmobile day 2 now. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING ASKED. Can't get thru on direct message. Took 5 minutes to have the mobile app to authentic & because I no longer want to engage in thier multi million scam of charging ppl $4 for help I've been taken.

    By the way @BoostCare & @boostmobile . You did just get my payment. Which for over 10 years you received. You still charge me $4 to speak with customer service & ask me to defer DM. Let's keep mishaps under wraps. Like you putting AI on my phone! NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS!

    I will not pay addition $$ for customer service from @boostmobile!! Are you kidding me!! I was forced to just now because i wanted my payment coming from another account. I HAVE TO PAY!! I always pay. Then I'm charged to pay!!

    I AM WITH BOOST MOBILE. I NEVER REQUESTED THIS AI BS THAT HAS BEEN SHOVED DOWN MY THROAT. I WANT IT OFF!! I DID NOT ASK OR ORDER THIS @BoostCare . It's bad enough you charge me $4 to get assistance!!

    @boostmobile how can your managers tell me they will not refund me a charge when I received an email from the company saying I would if I activated a service by a certain date. When activating your rep also said I would be refunded and now a manager says no and hung up on me

    @boostmobile Hello. Can I get some assistance. Boost Mobile has been giving me the runaround with my bank in regards to a refund that was generated on December 16th... Customer service has not been helpful, I'm not sure if there's some type of language barrier etc but this situation needs to be resolved it is now January 3rd, and I have not getting any help

    @boostmobile … you guys are really wrecking my holiday. My hubbys phone keeps telling him he has no network connection. My phone, I try to make a call it rings then nothing. If someone calls me it goes straight to voicemail. We try contacting you and constantly get disconnected

    @boostmobile I've been trying to get my service restored since 3pm pst yesterday and keep getting the runaround. If I paid my balance BEFORE my next bill was due, WHY are you trying to make me pay the bill that is not even due yet to restore my service?

    @boostmobile Here's Boost. Been with them forever and when I was thinking about making a change. the so called customer service people make it like pulling teeth. Did not wanna give info I needed and now not excepting my calls

    @boostmobile how do I get out of my contract? your service sucks. The hotspot works better than the service, emails won’t load, android text comes thru hours later or not at all.

    @boostmobile Boost stole $11 from me Boost activated my service before i received my sim card and refuse to fix and won't give me a refund .
