We switched to @BendTel at the office for our internet provider after too many outages under @bendbroadband. Now Bendtel is down, with no estimate on restoration of services. How is internet still not treated as a utility in this country?

@bendbroadband If you provided industry standard outage information online and by text or email, call centers would not be overloaded by angry customers made angrier by having to wait. Truly substandard service, though I realize you've been hearing this for years and don't care.

@KieranKentley @SneedTech Low band is just a icon lol! Especially with the skinny channels verizon has her! When bendbroadband goes down or we have a power outage verizon is unusable.
