    @djcoppedge @bendbroadband literally wtf they never post **** on their socials, they don’t have a way to check outages without entering all your account info on the phone, etc. their service is such ***. it’s been an entire day and i still can’t get internet working — and i’m working from home!!! 😡

    @bendbroadband no. you've had 90+ chances and i have not been shy about stating my extreme frustration and anger, i have never once been able to speak with someone empowered to do a damn thing.

    neato @bendbroadband was hard out, no rf for 5 hours. no early warning or updates while they tracked down the interruption they didn't expect from nearby construction

    We are at a vacation rental with @bendbroadband and it keeps dropping the signal. I hate this! 300mbs when it works! Thank you @SpaceX for your reliable service from starlink, we have it at home!

    @bendbroadband @bujeeboo Feel better @bujeeboo? Seeing how your ISP doesn’t even know: what your service status is; who you are; who’s responding to you. You should know that it doesn’t require to much of a stink from you to get refunded for your outrage (they know they suck, so won’t fight it)

    Well it’s a day ending in Y so of course @bendbroadband is down. We pay for a service and get screwed. You think they would give us a refund on the down time? Hell no. Get your **** together. The weather is great. What’s the excuse this time

    @bendbroadband second time this week and 4th this month..no Internet...their site says no outages...called their service line and waited 30 minutes on hold..nice young man in Jamaica said the was an outage in our neighborhood..gave me an incident number ...7 hours later nothing.

    @bendbroadband why no internet response? The WiFi and router shows strong signal but can’t connect to any site…tough to work this way …yet again…
