    Presumably some ****** bot is trying to access my @ATT account...there have already been over 100 emails to my account. I called AT&T and they said this has been common. Well...that sucks.

    Once again… @ATT is a JOKE. ATT is insisting I pay for my wireless bill when I cancelled the service the very next day due to the service being trash and not working. Lol what a scam / joke #scam

    @IanGertler @ATT @JohnLegere @verizon @TMobile @sprint Ian, I’m currently with @ATT as well. I called in a while ago and they confirmed that they added the daily international plan on, and today when reaching out, they said the plan isn’t available for me and that the call never happened. Integrity is everything in life.

    It’s been a long ******* day. 9am the @ATT guy got here to set up my internet and dish. By 2pm he was done, but there was an outage so no internet. It’s now 6pm and an outside technician is here and we still don’t have internet.

    Done with @TMobile why pay more when you can pay $40 and get same service w/ @MetroPCS but since they are same company I rather give my money to @ATT for better service quality.

    @ATT @DIRECTV joke of a company. Treat customers like shit constantly. 5 different costs for cancelling we have been told . Still no bill like we should have gotten. been on phone for 45 minutes , then rep just stops talking and no response. Hope you go under soon

    @ATT I’ve been on the phone for 2 hours going in circles. Wireless Customer for 20 years and my bill quadrupled because of system and employee errors? Might be time to move on I expected better.

    @ATT I need to file a property damage claim regarding an underground AT&T line that knocked my sewer line off its connection to the city line and has required repair. All my attempts to work through your customer service bots have been unhelpful. Please assist, thanks.

    Not only has my @ATT fiber internet been down for over 17 hours, they have not even provided an update in over 12 hours. As someone who works from home, that is not acceptable. Time to research new ISP options
