    @ATT Since I’m not a verified account, I’m sure you could care less. But, I’m canceling my service with you after 16 years. Your customer service is atrocious and your loyalty to longtime clients is nonexistent.

    Our cable has been acting up and AT&T is so slow in fixing it. Our neighborhood is the only neighborhood AT&T will not run fiber. They installed sub par lines which give us crappy internet. @ATT Fix my internet. We are teachers trying to help our students and we get bad service

    @ATTHelp I have HBO , trying to sign in to HBO Go and keeps saying that they can’t verify my subscription and to contact ATT. None of these logins ever work with ATT, had trouble for years with Espn. Please advise. Also need to lower my bill $50 since it got jacked sky high.

    @ATT by far has the worst customer service. I have been a long time customer and supporter, but after everything they out me through today I am seriously disappointed in the circus they are running there. May have to cancel my services soon and move to a new company.

    @MattGinella I’m interested to see how tournaments like the Colonial and the Nelson do as full field events. How long can @CharlesSchwab and @ATT justify sponsorship of second tier events to shareholders. I think the people of DFW will support the ticket sales but not the casual fan on tv

    @pbedorah896 @ATT NOPE!!! They do not care. My internet has been down for two days and apparently they can’t get a tech here till tomorrow! Plus, they are being NONCOMMUNICATIVE. This is a COMMUNICATIONS company, and they don’t communicate!

    @ATT customer service is by far the worst. Been going through hell with the situation they caused when transferring to their service. Only reason for the change was Verizon doesn't have any service where we live to the point we could only make wifi calls from the house.

    @Ask_Spectrum I have 4 remotes for TV and DVR and none of them work!! They either turn one on or the other but not both. What a pain! Worst cable company I’ve ever had. And...DVR boxes are antiquated. I wish my building had @Uverse

    I am shaking I am so mad at @ATT. I have been calling and dealing with a charge for a “non-returned” device that I AM STILL USING and everybody keeps promising that their supervisor will remove it & nobody has & now they want to suspend my account. I’m about to cancel my service

    What a mess @ufc - make everyone subscribe, the run around to each TV, install @ESPN, then activate each TV with our TV service (@ATT), then activate with #espn+ and then only give me 2 streams inside the same house! Terrible #UserExperience

    @ATTHelp @ixxues It has been 4 days without internet for me in Byron Center, MI. I have gotten no answers as to when this will be fixed. And of course this happens during the Masters which I cannot watch. Fix this!!

    @ATT your customer service reps on the phone are awesome your sales men need more training they are skating the line on unfair business practices. I had a bad experience and hope it’s just that one store and not a wider issue. Stop getting ******* sued. I suggest when everything goes AI you don’t. People will get frustrated by the robots. You wanna save money transfer all call reps to a work from home with top notch security. The no need office lease.

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
