    Not to give away too much of my next standup comedy I do but I’m totally gonna give a shoutout to @ATT for the shit customer service I’ve received these last few months! It’s pretty unbelievable & laughable in my opinion!

    @ATT I sold a house and cancelled the landline. You keep billing me. I keep calling. Your customer service is rude and incompetent. They transfer me all of the place, and charge me for the privilege.

And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.

    Hey @ATT, I know we’re rural, but please do something about the service in New Ipswich, NH. When @Xfinity has an outage, we have one bar of service and can barely surf, post, text, or make calls. It took forever for X to come up and for this post to go through.

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.
