    @AlaskaComm Yes. I can only get 1mbps service in my neighborhood, which is @ 1 mile from your hqts. And I only get that because I'm grandfathered in. But agents say if I were a business I could get faster. Treat me as an honorary business and give me faster internet.

    And WHY are we paying over $100/mo for service from ATT..when you have no signal in DJ AK?!? When we have to connect YOUR CELLULAR DEVICES TO @AlaskaComm in order to txt/call/go online: WHY should we pay EXTRA to YOU for a gizmo that doesn't function properly @ATT #WHY?!?!?

    @AlaskaComm it's getting annoying dealing with your spotty fiber connection. I put up with it during the weekend. That's 2 days plus today. I've called tech support and was put on hold for an hour plus and had to get off because I had to do other things today.

    @gomer2323 @AlaskaComm We moved. Line of sight to a provider. The telco’s, RCA, and state legislature don’t care about you working from home nor your kid’s remote classes. Feds have thrown 100’s of million $’s at the problem with no improvement of the last mile. Lobbyists got fat no doubt.
