    @mtnhiker14er @AlaskaComm I mean, closing in on 4hrs on hold for a password is amaze-*****. Nevermind no one can login to anything online and to ixl or Math Lady videos. We could last winter, havent been able to do much since April. Its my fault, they say. My fault im on hold for almost 4hrs too, i reckon

    @gomer2323 @AlaskaComm I couldn't even get them to come check for a signal 😭 They actually have wiring to my house already but won't give us the DSL cause it doesn't meet their min speeds anymore either. You're probably "grandfathered."

    @AlaskaComm @pegharpham1 @akonthego I continue to ask the ground line be replaced. I have been asking for several years. I will continue to ask. The service drops and there is no signal. There js more going on and no one seems to hear me. THE WIRE IN THE GROUND IS WHAT IS LEFT TO REPLACE. REPLACE THE WIRE.

    @AlaskaComm Yes. I can only get 1mbps service in my neighborhood, which is @ 1 mile from your hqts. And I only get that because I'm grandfathered in. But agents say if I were a business I could get faster. Treat me as an honorary business and give me faster internet.

    @AlaskaComm Wish you would do one on your DSL which won't stay connected. Been filling out service requests starting over a month ago (since you can't be reached by phone and you shuttered our local offices) and no one even bothers to contact me by phone or email. Did everyone just quit?

    @AlaskaComm Not happy to hear you’re raising rates! The internet doesn’t work half the time and now you are raising my rates!!? I call to talk to customer service and wait two hours on hold. I’m going to cancel. Unnecessary and unacceptable. You charge to much as it is!

    @AlaskaComm it's getting annoying dealing with your spotty fiber connection. I put up with it during the weekend. That's 2 days plus today. I've called tech support and was put on hold for an hour plus and had to get off because I had to do other things today.

    @Aktraveler2 @AlaskaComm ACS was out Thursday. One comes down hill from wither direction. There is a hill behind my house, to the right, left. I probably need a 100ft tower.

    Hugely disappointed with @AlaskaComm I sat on hold on 2 different lines for over an hour & never got a human. Luckily a friend found out that ACS email was down. ZERO customer service from ACS

    @gomer2323 @AlaskaComm We moved. Line of sight to a provider. The telco’s, RCA, and state legislature don’t care about you working from home nor your kid’s remote classes. Feds have thrown 100’s of million $’s at the problem with no improvement of the last mile. Lobbyists got fat no doubt.

    @ak_progressive @AlaskaComm iam in anchorage near De Armoun Rd and been having issues for weeks now. got to wait till end of Feb. before they are coming. boss that live near by is also having the same issue.😕

    @Megan05873216 @AlaskaComm someone reads these tweets. this is the main way i am able to get any sort of tech/support. i have been on hold for 3hrs so far on the landline. i still need the username for the other website they sent me to to reset the password for the modem. its an endless circle.
