    @FamilyMobile Why don't you report the problem and have somebody fix it? I doubt I'm the only one that this is happening to. Moron executives are probably wondering why they're stupid Verizon campaign isn't working the way they thought it should.

    @FamilyMobile 10 mins to get a human and 20 mins for that human to hang up while transferring me to someone that could help, she obv couldn't activate my phone. 4 days and over 5 hours of trying just to activate it. B4 any service even started. Twitter has been zero help too!

    @FamilyMobile THAT's VERY number I HAVE been CALLING!!!! Maybe you should do like T-mobile you sell the phone in your stores, you DO NOT LET the customer leave until it is actually activated AND working!!! Crazy concept! Hire people who can get the problem fixed!

    So now I call their # again! and I have ZERO faith that this issue will be fixed. @FamilyMobile get your **** together! TOTAL BS that I've had to place this many calls to you. I've work customer service for 20 years. RULE 1 more than 1 call is unacceptable.

    @FamilyMobile I've already spent 3 days on your "customer support system", getting dropped, and misdirected. Tell me, why I if paid for a prepaid Walmart Family Mobile phone would you lock it and not be able to help me unlock it. Someone is going to file a class action suit against you.

    @FamilyMobile It took 3 hours for customer service reps to release my phone number, the number I’ve had with various carriers over 20+ years. It was a horrible experience as far as minor, horrid experiences go. I’m so glad I don’t have your service anymore because it’s always been subpar.

    @FamilyMobile In fact, chat explicitly told me every time thet couldn't help and I needed to call. When I call, I'm just tired thet show no activity on my rewards history. So basically the email and text messages mean nothing.

    @FamilyMobile gives me a chat link to goto....no one is there. So I wasted 30 mins at store, 90 mins trying to activate it, and now 10 more mins. Just because the Walmart employee lied rather than said "I don't know". How can you be a phone company when noone can help you? Wtf

    Ever since @FamilyMobile forced me to switch networks to @Verizon to be able to keep using the service I'd already paid for my data has been awful, slow on a good day and glacial one a bad one. Time to shop around though finding someone Not on their crappy network will be fun.
