    @FamilyMobile it sucks that Verizon acquired you and your sister brands. CDMA phones are horrible compared to GSM ones, and there's fewer customer options to choose from. I guess I'll have to start shopping for a new carrier. I don't want to, but I like the T-Mobile network.

    @FamilyMobile Don't worry we figured out the issue. The "truly unlimited" high speed data plan I pay for is not truly unlimited. There is a data cap at which you are throttled. I will be getting a new plan with another company.

    @MsHummingWay If I ever have a public-facing company, I'll keep customer service INSIDE the US and make customers a priority. Sorry you're experiencing similar incompetence. Trying to switch to Mint but can't until I can access my @familymobile acct. This seems intentional to prevent churn.

    @FamilyMobile BEWARE… Walmart Family Mobile has the worst Customer Support I have ever seen. I have tried multiple times calling Support and get hung up on everytime. Their Support staff is unable to speak English so they get frustrated and hang up on you. BEWARE…

    @FamilyMobile While I assume this is a generic reply, if there really is someone who can help with my situation, please let me know! Hours on end being told you cant fix the error Walmart made on their end costing us an 80 year old phone number is taxing.

    @FamilyMobile Then your transfer gets stuck in process. Then you chat, they can't help. You call, they can't find your information with the SIM card or phone number ported in. Then they transfer you to the Port Department which is different than option 2,1 for reasons. Anyways, no support here

    @FamilyMobile My girlfriend just purchased a new moto razor cell phone and after purchasing a sim card all of a sudden her current cell phone and new phone doesn't work and customer service is telling her purchase a new service card???? I just refilled her service the other day

    @FamilyMobile been a customer for over 2 years. You guys sent me an anniversary email and text over a week ago telling me I'd earned 500 bonus points. I never got them and customer serves says they can't help because they don't see them. Thanks for the "appreciation"... 😒😒😒

    Stay away from @FamilyMobile. It's complete garbage, and they outsource their support staff who will encourage you to purchase products that do not solve your issue. Entirely dishonest. BTW, @Walmart is complicit.

    @FamilyMobile It took 3 hours for customer service reps to release my phone number, the number I’ve had with various carriers over 20+ years. It was a horrible experience as far as minor, horrid experiences go. I’m so glad I don’t have your service anymore because it’s always been subpar.
