An @AmericanAir pilot confessed after my last flight that ever since they switched to @ViasatInc they’ve had problems providing Wi-Fi on almost every leg he’s flown. They’re aware but won’t admit it publicly so they can continue STEALING MILLIONS from travelers.

@Astro_Angry @jrotcgeek1 @ViasatInc [1/2] I would partially agree with you pertaining to the Starship OTF. Fondag was something that, historically, can withstand more heat than Starship produces, but would not withstand the force against it. Nonetheless, the other damage across the entire LC was bad.

PSA: Do not EVER use @ViasatInternet @ViasatInc After canceling I asked for a box to return the equipment. Never got it. Asked a couple times. Never got one. They charged me over $300. Called again and magically got a box this time. Sent back the modem. They charged me another…

@jrhunt let me guess, service by @ViasatInc the same company who shafted its residential users..... "So today, we’re basically serving airplanes at the detriment of residential"

@ViasatInternet What’s the average cost of other providers? Not $450 for LIMITED data. Used to have an option to use low quality data to conserve usage. That’s gone. Customer service said it was removed for CUSTOMER SATISFACTION??? My only internet option run by MF #crooks

  • HughesnetUS
    HughesnetUS 🌐 (Parody) (@HughesnetUS) reported

@ElaineToth7 @ViasatInternet Hughesnet is 10x worst. They steal credit cards, charge you hundreds extra and incredibly unreliable service. They don’t guarantee speeds so you can be locked in a two year contract with 0mbs

@ViasatInternet Oh I know all too well how satellite tech works, bandwidths, orbits. But what I don't know is how you can charge people for .15Mbps download service.. #robbery

@ViasatInc @RepGregStanton This is a hideous, horrible company! I discontinued their service, had their dish removed, because was left several times with no service though I paid for the service feature for over 30 days at a time. VIASAT then took $162 from my bank account, even though emailed received

  • Courtne07809083
    Courtney (@Courtne07809083) reported

@ViasatInc You sent an incompetent tech out to install my satellite dish WITHOUT ZONING PAPERS and they CUT THROUGH MY GROUND WIRE meaning 3 nights ago I lost power to my home! $400 later to diagnose the problem and $300 MORE TO FIX IT and your company is telling me 7 days

  • shaneglover
    Shane Glover (@shaneglover) reported

$275 because a piece was missing. A piece that you have to get on the roof to get it off of the actual dish. The dish that is on top of a house that I haven’t lived in now for 6 months. But I never got a box or instructions. @ViasatInc offered only one solution… they’ll send me

  • StephenBarber96
    Stephen Barber (@StephenBarber96) reported

Is it just me or does anyone else think that @ViasatInc has the worst internet service. Slow speeds and for what I pay I should never have to worry about using up my “high speed data”
