    @ViasatInc The only thing worse than the bandwidth is Viasat customer service. I’m so frustrated I’m tearing my hair out. I’m trying to get my 97 year old Grandfather a new modem so that his internet will function but have been blown off since 9/1/22. This is a safety issue.

    Funny how when I go to cancel my @ViasatInc account, the reps can hear me fine until they ask why I want to cancel and then they suddenly can’t hear me, then hang up. Just spent 90 minutes and it happened to 6 different reps. Horrible CX.

    @G0ss3tt @SpaceX @ViasatInc Starship had only 50% expectations of success, they already knew it would fail at some point. It did Better than most expected, for a rocket that up untill then was theory on paper it did quite well, gave them much data to improve. Not many rockets survive the 1st test flight

    @ViasatInc where IS my money you stole from my bank account? NEVER EVER use this European owned company; they are not honest. This company has office in Calif. Good state for them. They have to be "shadowing" bank accounts; one hand does not know or care what other hand does

    @danmleephoto @GetSpectrum @ViasatInternet It is horrible, I have reached out to loads of ISP's, installers etc and I may as well have been talking to a brick wall. Whoever does get to lay the cable will make a killing with a whole estate desperate for a cable internet facility. I'd be on it in no time if it were me.

    @ViasatInc this is ridiculous. I pay way too much for this and it barely works and is getting progressively worse. I only kept it so long because it's the only service in my area but I'm this close to giving up on it entirely. I'm not the only one. Fix it.

    @USN360Reviews @HughesNet @ViasatInc Hughesnet also has secret mass outages that effects ‘many many customers’ and will not notify them. Meaning you could be receiving sub par quality internet and still be paying full price. They do not notify their level 1 tech support. They will blame YOU for slow speeds and

    @ViasatInternet this company is one of the worst to deal with. They schedule an appointment and don't show up. And expect you to still pay them for not showing up to actually to work. I've been down since Saturday afternoon and they gave me an appointment for today from 8-11 🤬

    @ElaineToth7 @ViasatInternet Hughesnet is 10x worst. They steal credit cards, charge you hundreds extra and incredibly unreliable service. They don’t guarantee speeds so you can be locked in a two year contract with 0mbs

    Anybody have starlink internet? Im about to order it, but curious how the online gaming experience is? Where I live we don’t have access to cable/DSL. Only satellite internet and we have @ViasatInc @ViasatInternet and it’s the most garbage company ever invented
