    @VZWSupport I've already sat on the phone for 30 minutes with your cusotmer service. I was blatantly lied to. I just want my 20% employee discount as I was told or my old plan with my 20% back. I don't cry wolf. This was a straight lie.

    When @FrontierCorp was @Verizon I never had a problem. I'm tweeting now because of them. If Frontier had their way, they'd shut off my phone too. Try as you might, I'm still connected! Sort of!

    @verizon terrible experience trying to upgrade phone online via chat. Tells me I have Device Dollars to use towards upgrade but gives me nowhere to activate them and the person on chat can’t help. So basically false advertising.

    @VerizonSupport having cell network issues in Santa Monica. My mobile is not receiving calls. I cannot dial out either. WhatsApp works both ways, so it seems to be a Verizon problem. A friend is reporting the same. Anyone else?

    FYI, if your calls were dropping today, I just spoke with my phone carrier and they said Verizon satellite networks are down/spotty for next couple of hours.

    @LarryJones I was forced to get vaccinated by Verizon… we received emails as management that we had to get vaccinated and upload proof or we would be terminated. As a single mother, I complied and regretted it since. My daughter that did not get vaccinated has never had Covid. Me- 3 xs

    @wndyW1LL0w My parents just swapped their phones from Verizon to AT&T and it is way cheaper and they paid off their phones completely. We are swapping soon. My husband changed our internet to them when they moved into the area and it is literally 50% the cost of our old service for the same thing.

He got rude and eventually walked away from us. He said “everything’s over the phone now, good bye” Something is wrong @Verizon
