@VerizonBusiness I switched in March but my discounts are not settled yet. Pathetic customer service by Verizon Business. Great calling Network though. So if you move to Verizon, keep extra time to get your discounts settled.

  • ChuckParkerTech
Chuck Parker (@ChuckParkerTech) reported from Moorpark, California

@ATT since the fires in Moorpark, CA, last October, our neighborhood has had 1-bar to “calls dropped” service. A bunch of us are about to move to @Verizon as the few neighbors with them have no issues. After 10 months of poor in-home service, it seems like you don’t care. #fail

@TamiErwinVZ your store and customer care are not in sync. The is process level issue, 2 different departments are not in sync. Just visited Simi Valley town center store. Kindly fix it, this has wasted my precious time where is extremely hurting me. #verizon not at the best.

  • ChrisR_YouTuber
Chris R (@ChrisR_YouTuber) reported from Thousand Oaks, California

@VZWSupport You know what's really sad... Being asked the same stupid questions when the expensive service I pay for sucks ***. Outside, up to date, note 10 plus, recently replaced phone, and a new sim card... Any more stupid questions?

  • ChrisR_YouTuber
Chris R (@ChrisR_YouTuber) reported from Thousand Oaks, California

@VZWSupport Lmfao why tf would I follow you? What does that accomplish? How about fix your service instead of blaming the customer first.

  • Thirty9Trails

@ArbiZare @verizon @TMobile I love @ATT Had Verizon years ago. They care more about $$$ than customers. paid insurance for 11/2 yrs. Phone crashed. They wanted to charge me double the cost of the new version but give me a refurbished old style. Friends on Verizon have crap signals when we hike or camp too.

@ATT it should not be this hard to pay bills T-Mobile makes it easier cricket Mobile makes it easier Verizon makes it easier everyone that has a phone service has a better way to pay the bill then AT&t's sloppy app

  • ULoving4
    Felicia’s Patna (@ULoving4) reported

@Fatmackin It’s Verizon quality but cheaper. My uncle did the engineering for their setup. And if you want a basic service Mint Mobile uses T-Mobile’s system. I gifted that to someone for the new year $180 for Unlimited service for 1 year.

  • jason_mozi22597

@TimRunsHisMouth I mostly get calls saying they are Verizon fraud prevention, but they don't even ask who I am, and they will hang up as soon as I ask them do they know who they are speaking to.

For the F*king record @Xfinity is the f*king worst you could ever have or choose to deal with. #Crooks #Thieves and #Liars is the service they provide along with all their subpar equipment and "expertise" @Verizon @verizonfios here I come.

  • Crisrogers
    Cris Rogers (@Crisrogers) reported

@ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)

  • eribubb
    fine$hit (@eribubb) reported

    **** Verizon

  • Whoisballing
    The Millennials (@Whoisballing) reported

@GOATzievSZN @thechosenberg Personally I went Verizon tier 1 phone support ($10) > Government helpdesk > ($14) Helpdesk level 2 > ($18) System admin ($36)… The one thing that broke me out of the terrible pay was a security+. If you have a clean background, DoD is great and they also do remote.
