    @TMobile I have been a loyal customer of Sprint/T Mobile for 10 years. I am having an issue with my outgoing caller ID and none of your “experts” have been able to help me (I’ve spoken with 3 so far). @Verizon or @ATT are very close to getting my business 😡

    @ATT had by far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Worst cell phone provider on the planet. I regret switching from @Verizon

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
