I was bounced between you and @Verizon - both blaming the other. Total length of ea call was > 1.5 hours. I’ll PM the # but I have little to no faith you’ll correct it.

Three people told me I’m getting a $20/line discount as a loyalty reward for nearly 24 years with them. The key point - they don’t actually give it to you. Now it’s only $10/line.
