    @disneyplus @DisneyPlusHelp After 5 hours of waiting for an agent in a Live Chat, and then having them drop the session on me, I am convinced the Disney+ account system is broken and is incapable of extending prepaid time with the Verizon promotion supplied.

    @NewWombat to my account the free year ran in parallel with the three years I already prepaid. I called many a time and both Verizon and Disney agreed it was broken. They never were able to resolve it. So the free year of Disney Plus with my unlimited phone plan ran in parallel

    Found out my cable company is now pretty much going to start having my wifi run similar to my phone plan with a set amount and then they change me more for whatever I go over. I’d switch to a different provider, but the place I live doesn’t have Verizon and the others are crap.😒

    @MKichline @dish They are all bad. Verizon is so expensive. Directv is expensive and not good. Comcast is expensive. I remember when i first went with dish two years ago $140. Now their "special offer" is gone its over $200. Crazy.

    @DisneyPlusHelp I prepaid for 3 years and added the Verizon free year promo. My Disney+ account shows the promo yet it did not stack giving me 4 years of total service. Need help with this issue.

    There have been recent phone and network issues reported across the country, depending on your carrier. The largest issue involved a nationwide Verizon outage that also impacted parts of Texas. Users reported phones stuck in “SOS mode” and an inability to make calls, send texts, or use data. At its peak, more than 175,000 users reported problems, with areas like Dallas and Houston among those most affected. Verizon has stated the outage has been resolved. However, the exact cause was not fully explained, though it is believed to have been related to a network or software issue. Smaller outages and service disruptions have continued in some areas. Even after the main outage, some users may still experience issues due to: Network towers recovering or experiencing heavy traffic Devices not fully reconnecting to the network Ongoing regional service interruptions Phones attempting to connect to weak or unstable signals

    @LvLupDark @mom_of_littles @Verizon Yeah. AR's have to try and sell you something. Anything with a line of service looks better for their metrics, but if they absolutely have to, they'll sell you whatever they can, like headphones. Just depends which one you go to, i guess.

    @LarryJones I was forced to get vaccinated by Verizon… we received emails as management that we had to get vaccinated and upload proof or we would be terminated. As a single mother, I complied and regretted it since. My daughter that did not get vaccinated has never had Covid. Me- 3 xs

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon I'm very seriously considered changing from Verizon to T-Mobile. Verizon signal in the Florida panhandle is just gone downhill so far that it's ridiculous and I've been with them since 2010. If I need something I only go to a Verizon corporate store there's two of them in Pensacola.
