I called many a time and both Verizon and Disney agreed it was broken. They never were able to resolve it. So the free year of Disney Plus with my unlimited phone plan ran in parallel

Verizon signal in the Florida panhandle is just gone downhill so far that it's ridiculous and I've been with them since 2010.
