Had a set top box that didn't work out of the gate, I tech came out, installed a new box, marked the ticket as complete with the problem still present. The problem is fixed and I have a $100 bill because the box was defective and the tech said the problems persist.

There is obviously an outage on your end that’s being reported by numerous people. This is frustrating being run around by customer service. Just address the issue and let me know when service will be restored to the area.
