I guess, but I certainly don't know, that the cables have been rehung, but they now have to splice them together at each end, and that looks like a delicate operation

Had a set top box that didn't work out of the gate, I tech came out, installed a new box, marked the ticket as complete with the problem still present. The problem is fixed and I have a $100 bill because the box was defective and the tech said the problems persist.

Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
