The phone's gallery is still easiest but nothing beats a flash drive, always had a few flash drives on me at all times, all sorted in different folders. This new crap sucks.

Did a deal with Spectrum, they paid off the phones, $30 per line, so bill down to $60 per month, plus 2 years of Internet at $30/mo. Cut my internet in half.
