    Love the fact that I bought an @OtterBox screen protector from @Verizon a week ago and it has already shattered without me dropping my phone is sad. It’s even more sad that the receipt isn’t showing up in my Verizon app so I can’t make a claim is worse get your shit together

    @VerizonSupport So this test is showing that the router is getting speeds to the network. So the issue is in the connection from the router to the device.

    @VerizonSupport Wired devices work fine. I get these speeds with the device inches away from the router. This also just started happening. Your service and equipment sucks and it’s not surprising that you don’t stand behind it.

    @VerizonSupport Only 189 days til my contract is up! It worked fine for a year and change and this started recently within the last couple of months. There’s a problem with the WiFi on the router. It’s the only explination that makes sense.

    @VerizonSupport There is no way to do a Verizon speed test on the device. This speed test is also not testing the connection from the device, as the device I did it on doesn’t support 900mb down.

    @VerizonSupport Internet is on. Tvs are on but both still say "External network is down" when go to the 'search' button and 'troubleshoot" comes up

    Hey @Verizon you have the WORST transfer line system ever! No one knows what the answer is. I’ve been trying to transfer one Verizon line onto my plan for months and it still isn’t done...so ready to be done with Verizon. They cant get it together..clearly.

    @VerizonSupport It’s always someone else’s problem and I pay for a crappy service. Everything else I use is hardwired. It’s your WiFi.

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.

    There have been recent phone and network issues reported across the country, depending on your carrier. The largest issue involved a nationwide Verizon outage that also impacted parts of Texas. Users reported phones stuck in “SOS mode” and an inability to make calls, send texts, or use data. At its peak, more than 175,000 users reported problems, with areas like Dallas and Houston among those most affected. Verizon has stated the outage has been resolved. However, the exact cause was not fully explained, though it is believed to have been related to a network or software issue. Smaller outages and service disruptions have continued in some areas.
