    @VerizonSupport @VZWSupport Yeah I can’t even make a call.. no service !! @verizon no service on my less than week old IPhone 8. HELP!

    @Verizon Told me to use Wi-Fi when I’m at home because they couldn’t identify why I had no service. That was back in June. They told me that they would look into it and resolve it but never happened.

    @VZWSupport I’ll follow you once this issue has been actually resolved. This is been going on for almost 6 months and reported the end of June. I know I live in the boonies but that shouldn’t segregate the fact that I deserve service and pay my bill on time in full every month.

    @VZWSupport The only device I have accessing your cellular network is my phone. I reported this last in November when I got a brand new iPhone 8 that couldn’t actually get service. This was not just at my house, in a 1 mile radius.

    @verizon customer service just told me over the phone that my credit report was not run today while I was trying to switch from @ATT @Equifax notification on @creditkarma says otherwise

    Hey @Verizon @VerizonSupport I JUST WAITED 28 MINUTES TO SPEAK W/A SUPERVISOR BCS ORIG CUSTOMER SVC PERSON COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS ASKING ABOUT SUPERVISOR CALLED ME, I ASKED MY QUESTION, PROVIDED DETAILS ABOUT PREVIOUS INFO GIVEN & ENDED THE CALL. WELL DONE

    @ATT @Verizon @TMobile Carriers call them "loyalty plans." They're actually acquisition tools. When a 5-year price lock is your loyalty "solution," you know the model is broken. 700K lost customers/year = $4B+ in destroyed LTV. 📉 #ARPU

    @TailgateEast12 @mom_of_littles @Verizon That and a lot of those stores put a lot of pressure to sell products and plans on their sales people, they treat people not looking to go into debt for a new phone like trash.

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon Seriously, consider considering switching carriers as well and we’ve been with Verizon for I think seven years. Let’s just say we have 10 devices. Latest phone upgrade there’s issues with certain apps Verizon say that says they can’t help because their apps we bought the phone from Verizon. We’ve talked through the apps. There’s something setting on it and they’re refusing to help.
