Start the day screaming at Verizon again (in general, not at a person) & their special process of nonfunctional bill pay methods when they inevitably disconnect you & then charge you more fees b/c their process is **** & have to put that on you.

How can I turn off Verizon’s garbage #5G service? I’d rather just stay on LTE. As soon as my iPhone switches to 5G, my phone turns into a paralyzed glass brick. @VerizonSupport @Verizon @Apple

Any fellow Manhattanites have fios with Verizon? If so what are your rates? Moving apartments soon and getting quotes $250/mo. Seems really high. Spectrum has gigabit for $100 a month but I’ve had reliability issues with them.

Meg (@megsdudley) reported from Manhattan, New York

asked the door-to-door Verizon guy how he’s doing, and he almost broke down, it was 6:30PM and I was the only person that day to ask - reminder little acts of kindness can be a big one to someone else

It feels like everything is getting more expensive and the quality just keeps getting worse. Now I have a new @Verizon modem whose 2.4ghz wifi signal drops daily and breaks my smart home network. I’m tired of complaining about these same companies over and over. I am truly tired.

So on April 29, @VerizonSupport is going to take money out of my account for a service I’ve told them I don’t want twice and then I have to take their word for it that they’ll credit my account for it later. How is this not stealing?

  • DobbyStyles

If verizon kept those ~ 2 million buzzfeed shares thru 2023/ Now at $.90 .. it means Huffpo went from 2011 = $315 million To 2022 = $2.3 million. 👀 Hell of a 10-year decline. This is why journalism makes no money. Also damn verizon is bad at business.

@petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
