    @VerizonSupport I spoke with someone from your gift card team a few days ago and they were no help. They told me it must be an issue with my account having to be validated to give it 24 hours which didn’t make any sense.

    @VerizonSupport So what you are saying is I spent 4 hours with tech support for them to transfer me to billing to upgrade my package but no one in either dept could figure out what you did in one Tweet: that a tech needs to come to fix a physical problem.

    I told the @optimum agent that I work from home and that my service should be the most effective, he promised me that everything would change, now I come home after a long day at work to do my second job and the internet is gone, but thank you I’ll switch back to @Verizon again.

    @VerizonSupport Well to start. I just picked up my 5G network hardware and replaced the out dated router. Now I have no fios access. I also wasted 5 hours of my day and need you guys to fix that with a lower rate.

    @VerizonSupport The problem is that the gateway router is crap. Never worked properly. I’ve had 3 of them.

    AT&T guy at target stopped us and told us he can get all 6 lines for $163 a month for 36 months and that our bill would go down because our phones would be paid off. Seemed too good to be true…curious though. Verizon is expensive.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @Verizon I left AT&T because they had so many billing errors. I was assured by my Verizon salesman Ricky that ALL promotions he offered would be honored. Yet here we are! My promised bill amount $207 per month is now $261! Even after a review and input from Ricky.. bill is wrong!
