  @LBannonWX @Verizon I ALWAYS have problems with Verizon. It has gotten worse the more that 5G has been rolled out. Verizon tells me that I live in bad signal area in Merrillville Indiana. Verizon CANCELLED my Unlimited Data Plan without telling me until they could charge premium fare!

  Upgraded my Verizon plan and added on the Disney+ bundle today. I was already getting Disney+ with my previous plan, but now I get ESPN and Hulu with it. Told my husband to cancel HIS Hulu account since it's all on my Verizon bill now. 😎

  @aneerbas Sure. But the idea that they’re providing a service to neighborhoods is a stretch. If they were bringing real high speed internet to whole communities I could humor the argument for their giant poles as a necessity. This is for people that can afford to pay for Verizon

  @joco0614 @Hielamonster Their hotspots are a dream compared to sprint or T-Mobile. At one point I had a Verizon acct just for a hotspot bc sprint was so bad

  @Verizon former employee for 7 or 8 years Verizon has lost what I used as my main way to handle customer service and sales while working there and that's integrity. If I'm not satisfied with the outcome after tomorrow then I'm done and I know a lot of other people will also be done.

  @mom_of_littles @Verizon Verizon stores are awful. Switch to Spectrum and save a bundle. Was paying Verizon around $140 for 2 lines & phones. Did a deal with Spectrum, they paid off the phones, $30 per line, so bill down to $60 per month, plus 2 years of Internet at $30/mo. Cut my internet in half.

  @TimRunsHisMouth I receive 2-4 voicemails a day for the pre-approved loan crap. Verizon filters most as spam so they go straight to VM or they get kicked to VM after they announce who they are bc I added a filter to my incoming calls. Downside is some calls I DO want to answer are filtered too.
