    Count your ******* days Verizon!!!!!! 700 ******* dollars taken from my account for some **** they haven’t been able to ******* correct!!! Talk about ridiculous…I have spent about 13 hrs of my valuable time in the last 2 months trying to get this **** taken care of!!! @Verizon

    @VerizonSupport your website is crap, it didn't save the optional.2nd line address for my kid's dorm room in shipping address, then when I edited it to add it to Address 1, it reverted the recipient name to the account holder. My order needs to be updated

    Wow. It’s been 2 weeks since I put in a new SIM to join the #TMobile, #Sprint network. How’s it been? Bad. Dropped calls, no reception, WAY more spam calls and texts. Makes me sad. Sprint used to be amazing. I’ve had them since college. Time for a new provider. @TMobile @Verizon

    @TMobile , @sprint , @verizon & @ATT . Are essential jobs that have to stay open . That being said your iCloud & emails can be done with tech-support over the phone .Broken screens are done with the insurance companies. Only reason to come in as if your Sim card stops working.

    @VZWSupport I spent more time talking to level 2,3 and apple support. That cost more than replacing. Even the Verizon store guy said just replace unit. It was bought through Verizon.

    I just let Verizon have it!!!!!! Been a loyal customer for 10 ******* years and it seems like they have workers who don’t know WTF they are doing. Ongoing bill issue for almost 3 months. 700 dollar bill each month acting like people out here shitting money…. @VerizonSupport

    @TMobile , @sprint , @verizon & @ATT . Are essential jobs that have to stay open . That being said your iCloud & emails can be done with tech-support. Broken screens are done with the insurance companies.

    @Verizon! Your company is awful. You have yet to add my trade in to my bill and it’s been 4 months. Your manager in Chicago on Clark street and Barry hung up my call! The service is awful! You guys basically stole my trade in! I switched from T-Mobile due to my mom’s passing!

    @Verizon I note VZ has replaced its consumer head , makes sense as a 30 years cell customer I’ve never been able to use the dumb rewards programs that keep changing

    @VZWSupport @Verizon continues to be shockingly dishonest and full of mis-information. They can’t solve any issue and cause customers to waste hours with their nonsense. I had a guy (Corey) who was actually helpful, but he has disappeared and I can’t get ahold of him

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon Verizon stores are awful. Switch to Spectrum and save a bundle. Was paying Verizon around $140 for 2 lines & phones. Did a deal with Spectrum, they paid off the phones, $30 per line, so bill down to $60 per month, plus 2 years of Internet at $30/mo. Cut my internet in half.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.

    @LvLupDark @mom_of_littles @Verizon Yeah. AR's have to try and sell you something. Anything with a line of service looks better for their metrics, but if they absolutely have to, they'll sell you whatever they can, like headphones. Just depends which one you go to, i guess.
