    @GoldieChan @MissDestructo @firefox I also recommend a separate wifi device (I use the Verizon jetpack). It’s secure and generally fast enough for my purposes. I never use public WiFi unless desperate. Plus I never have to mess with adding yet another WiFi network to my laptop. #fwiw 😉

    If you get the new iPhone 12 and use dual sim it doesn’t support 5g..it drops back the LTE on Verizon. Apple claims it will update that later..

    @TMobile spent the day an Amboy Illinois at woodhaven lakes enjoyed myself but cell service completely gone there is none in this area spent 5 hours without service. T-Mobile needs to put a cell tower in that area.Verizon excellent service in that area

    Looks like things aren’t going great for you @VZWSupport. I’m trying to remedy a payment/order issue and non of the links provided work. Now I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes to pay over the phone. Just put it on my next monthly bill.

    @Shoemockjr @VZWSupport It doesn’t take much to wait when you’re on hold while having family time. Plus, both issues I had were for family. Verizon couldn’t remedy it when I was on the line with them last night, so here it is today. Saul Goodman! All taken care of.

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon This literally happened to me as well. The Verizon agent kept saying “they can only do that over the phone” to just about every question we asked. He got rude and eventually walked away from us. He said “everything’s over the phone now, good bye” Something is wrong @Verizon

    @VerizonSupport I’m trying to get home internet service and Verizon have to send engineer out, been trying to get an appointment for weeks now and no response or call from the engineer Department and CS can’t do nothing about it (been calling them every other days) 👎

    @ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)

    @Verizon Verizon customer here & letting you know there is data breech/scam going on. I get about 10-15 calls everyday from local phone numbers for Medicare. Always a different local number sometimes with caller ID & if call the number back it’s ALWAYS an out of service Verizon #

    @TimRunsHisMouth I mostly get calls saying they are Verizon fraud prevention, but they don't even ask who I am, and they will hang up as soon as I ask them do they know who they are speaking to.
