@comcastcares I’ve already confirmed an outage in the area using your website and my @Verizon cellphone (which works reliability, unlike your service) so doubt there is anything you can do except fix your lousy service.

Honestly, i’m pretty sure when I signed up, Ot was supposed to be no more than $70 a month, not including my phone, which still should bring it to just $100 if anything. Genuinely the worst service i’ve had. I might actually go back to verizon.

@VZWSupport It would seem that many of your customers couldn't use their phones at @3floyds #DarkLordDay today based on talking to other people there. It's as If your LTE service can't handle large crowds

@Verizon I left AT&T because they had so many billing errors. I was assured by my Verizon salesman Ricky that ALL promotions he offered would be honored. Yet here we are! My promised bill amount $207 per month is now $261! Even after a review and input from Ricky.. bill is wrong!

@ATT @Verizon @TMobile Carriers call them "loyalty plans." They're actually acquisition tools. When a 5-year price lock is your loyalty "solution," you know the model is broken. 700K lost customers/year = $4B+ in destroyed LTV. 📉 #ARPU

  • jjwing
    Josh (@jjwing) reported

@LibertyMarieEP Was just participating in a city meeting where no one questioned why the city was paying $350 per month to Verizon for service for a cellphone and IPad. City employees were just like “that’s what to costs.”. Way above what they should be paying. No questioning it or concerns. Just paying the inflated costs.

@Jason @grok Starlink will never be able to compete with cell towers, once you understand that then the bull case for starlink looks very different. It’s still Ana amazing product but it’s not just going to replace Verizon or t mobile.
