    @Verizon y’all really gonna tell me that 2 bars of LTE cell signal ain’t enough to load ANYTHING off ANY app on my phone? I had better internet service 10 years ago with my razr flip phone than I do right now and that thing is eons less advanced than my current “network”

    Yeah so... after sitting on hold 12min for a @VZWSupport rep... the call was suddenly dropped/released! My service / data has been crappy since April 2020... I pay way too much ($700 a month) to be experiencing this! I demand credits or refund 😑

    @PhilipRLeodoro @TMobile @TMobileHelp @ATT @verizon @VZWSupport @sprint @JohnLegere I agree with you. I keep seen all these upgrades and here In Maywood, IL the service just keep getting worse, but I went to Downtown Chicago and speeds were insane. I guess we are left in the dark.

    @VZWSupport What exactly is the purpose of being charge for upgrade fee? You are selling a service to your customers and offering them to a newer device and yet everytime we do that we get slapped with an upgrade fee?

    @VZWSupport My husband who also has Verizon on a 3rd account is having the SAME issues! You may not have a known outage but something is WRONG!

    @ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)

    @PSNiNICK20 @riostoriches I paid $217 for a year of atnt thru us mobile then i paid $120 $ for priority upgrade so im treated like a real atnt customer an not an mvno so my service doesnt degrade in high traffic areas ! And you can change to t mobile or verizon at the click of the warp button!
