    @Verizon is a SCAM. Hangs up on your face after you've patiently waited on hold, explained all your issues & concerns , to then the supervisor advising the representative multiple times to lie to us instead of SPEAKING to the customer DIRECTLY. LYING SCAMMING AND DISGUSTING.

    @VerizonSupport Bad experience is when K stub my toe. This experience had been A LIVING HELL, I never knew a phone company can trigger so much depression from the way you demean your customers, me being one. You are not here for the people, but only for YOURSELVES.

    @katybeth_14 Verizon. No question. They’re more expensive but they’ve got a fantastic network and give you a lot for your money. If the Sprint/T Mobile merger goes through they’ll be a player; I don’t know many people who have T Mobile but those that do love it.

    Still haven’t heard anything back from @ATT regarding the drama they caused earlier.The β€œescalation team” never called back & now I’m truly considering switching to @Verizon w/ the lack of customer service I’ve experienced.After being a customer for over a decade,c’mon do better.

    So long @ATT @ATTHelp thanks for almost 20 years as my service provider...ported over all 9 lines we had to @verizon all over ATT refusing to help with a very small minor issue....way to lose a very very longtime loyal customer.....

    This phone is given by a phone rep to help me but I don't know it's set in duplicate sim screen and my money is blocked. West Hartford Verizon I'm poc on business my family is also a part he put me on family share so there victims also .

    @ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)

    AT&T guy at target stopped us and told us he can get all 6 lines for $163 a month for 36 months and that our bill would go down because our phones would be paid off. Seemed too good to be true…curious though. Verizon is expensive.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @Emarged My current ThinkPad has a Verizon modem and SIM slot, but they no longer sell the service plan for it. I just use the 100GB of hotspot included in my phone plan.

    @Verizon I left AT&T because they had so many billing errors. I was assured by my Verizon salesman Ricky that ALL promotions he offered would be honored. Yet here we are! My promised bill amount $207 per month is now $261! Even after a review and input from Ricky.. bill is wrong!
