    @autibarros Xfinity Mobile. they use Verizon cell towers and my bill will only be about 80-90 a month with the new phone as opposed to Sprint charging me $150 a month and i literally get service nowhere

    VERIZON USERS A fiber cut this afternoon has impacted 911 service for wireless calls to some 911 centers in Connecticut. This is not a statewide issue. Areas north of Hartford are not impacted. Wireless customers are encouraged to use a landline or text 911 if available.

    @VerizonSupport I just had a question that would be simple for someone from support. I know times are tough but my question would literally take two seconds. Ridiculous that your automated system says to wait for an operator and then hangs up on you.

    @VerizonNews @verizon you have THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of paying customers in the Denver area! Another example of how little the odds are of getting a perk after 19 yrs !U advertise like we all have perks, you should make it available to more!Years,never been able get a ticket

    I wish someon @TMobile could spend 24 hours in my home to see how TERRIBLE Their service is and try calling customer service as me 🤬 They gave me specific instructions how to reset and STILL NO INTERNET!! Does @Verizon have Business Plan (this only thing keeping us at @TMobile )

    @Verizon I left AT&T because they had so many billing errors. I was assured by my Verizon salesman Ricky that ALL promotions he offered would be honored. Yet here we are! My promised bill amount $207 per month is now $261! Even after a review and input from Ricky.. bill is wrong!

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 110pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @KassMiass Yes. 1. I have a Verizon phone & MiFi wireless internet. If I go over my 15 gigs or whatever limit, I crawl at 600 mps. Total for both is $86.00 a month. 2. I have DirecTV. Costs me $125 per month. Basically no channels I like. Been a customer since 1990.

    I spent an hour on hold with Verizon Wireless hell on Sunday trying to speak with a real person. Verizon wants everyone to use AI so that they can save money. It is time to leave and join a new service. What service still uses real people that are accessible to speak with?

    @LibertyMarieEP Was just participating in a city meeting where no one questioned why the city was paying $350 per month to Verizon for service for a cellphone and IPad. City employees were just like “that’s what to costs.”. Way above what they should be paying. No questioning it or concerns. Just paying the inflated costs.
