He was not notified & it took 2 wks to straighten out. Yes, he was charged for calls he hadn’t made!

Then by lunch they're still in my spot & I got at a $50 parking ticket! Then come home to a very expensive Verizon bill in Kevin's name where someone stole his identity & shopped. Damn!
