    @reggiechrome @verizon Whatever you do...DO NOT switch to AT&T. This isn’t good but I think both companies need to do away with the sales officers 100% and only have service. Sales need to be fully digital with very detailed screen interactions, examples because no one is checking anymore

    @VZWSupport Well I've been trying to get help via chat for an hour but the agent vanished, so if you could make sure "Jessie" isn't dead first. Then help me with the device dollars. The associate at the store yesterday was supposed to use them when I bought my new phone and didn't :(.

    @VZWSupport I just got a notice that my bill is late but I haven’t received a bill. I’m a new customer and I did not sign up to have my bills on line. I’d at least like to have my FIRST bill to look st on paper

    @NicHulscher Bull ****. Verizon's map says I have G5. It won't even work in my ******* house. I have to use WIFI to make or receive a phone call. 3 years I've been trying to get a discount. WTF am I paying Verizon for services from my internet. Implant - good w/luck customer service.

    @retricted_mov @locolanden67655 @WallStreetApes With a masters degree, I worked at Verizon selling phones with 22 year olds who had no degrees and drove Uber/Lyft when I wasn't working shifts. Of course you can work **** jobs. We did and do. Not sure where you came up with that idea.

    Anyone on here have Verizon Cell service? This **** is absolutely awful. This is like the 3rd time this year where my service will completely go out for no reason for at least 30 mins to an hour with no explanation.
