    @VZWSupport It’s happening in Maryland right now. I’m traveling so I’m unsure of the ZIP code. I’ve restarted it at least 5 times and reset network settings as well as checked for a carrier setting update.

    @VerizonSupport Three calls to customer service because my Internet keeps cutting out. F1st one told me it’s my router, 2nd one told me it’s my Internet speed, 3rd one told me it’s my computer. And all of them treated me like an inconvenience. #badcustomerservice #VerizonFios

    On today’s episode of calling out trash institute... @Verizon @verizonfios had me wait 45+ mins on the phone and a rude *** representative finally picked argumentatively telling me I was wrong halfway into explaining why I called and hung up... I’m in shock @VerizonSupport.

    @DGladwich @TirxieSimone @jorymicah And cover Verizon shut down anybody's phone who happens to say something? Can Comcast shut off anyone's internet who is going on websites that they don't? Can McDonald's remove the burger from the bun of the people that they don't like? Public Regulation is a thing my guy

    @lehkycharm I get it, but ESPN sucks. I pay for NHL Center ice on Xfinity and get ESPN ultimate from Verizon. I'm paying out the *** for all that btw.

    @VerizonSupport absolutely sucks and needs to be better or not exist at all. Calero submitted a ticket for me to Verizon which said there would be a response in 24-48 hours. Here I am still waiting 4 days to get a phone number transferred to another phone.

    @Jason @grok Starlink will never be able to compete with cell towers, once you understand that then the bull case for starlink looks very different. It’s still Ana amazing product but it’s not just going to replace Verizon or t mobile.

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon The useless employee would not make commission off his simple upgrade since he was already a customer, so it wasn’t worth his time. And in Verizon’s defense, they were probably just glad the employee came to work since most millennials couldn’t care less about working.

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.

    @dkmich @NicHulscher Not to mention your bill fluctuates from month to month I bet. Yeah I'm looking to leave Verizon. They pretty much forced me to get the plan I have because I needed to buy a new phone. And the plan they offered was crap. I've got a couple sample SIM cards on the way

    All 3 carriers in my home town, FIBER CUT edition. Verizon and AT&T are using enterprise fiber I think on a few sites in the town which is why VZ only had a few sites down while AT&T had more sites down. Att uses more enterprise fiber on sites as they run it to the school as well, not sure what t mobile uses but theyre chilling. No issues on them.

    @LarryJones I was forced to get vaccinated by Verizon… we received emails as management that we had to get vaccinated and upload proof or we would be terminated. As a single mother, I complied and regretted it since. My daughter that did not get vaccinated has never had Covid. Me- 3 xs
