    I pay $134 in internet/cable and I can’t even tell u the last time I watched cable. I asked Verizon to remove cable and the agent was like, “we have a plan and it’s the lowest it’s ever been!!” The shit was $133.76. 🥴🥴🥴

    @verizon I hate your company. Your website is so confusing. I setup a payment and am now being told that I have to pay more than I owe by a certain date. Don’t ask to help me because you NEVER are. I am leaving as soon as possible. Anybody but you.

    @VerizonSupport My issues have been with the internet connection via Verizon's high-speed WiFi to my home. The update "ticket" methods offered by Verizon have provided inaccurate information. Evidently, there was another outage this morning after service was restored early last evening.

    Not pleased with our @Verizon service this week. Internet outages that impacted our ability to work. Tech supposed to be here at 2. Called- hub picked up both times nothing on other line, left no msg. Tech texted that he called and since we didn’t answer he went to next appt. 😳

    @VerizonSupport It turns out the payment never went through. Fine. So you guys canceled my order but gave me some vague email saying I had to call. I called and found out my order was canceled and was transferred to phone sales. BIG MISTAKE. Waited 30 mins and got hung up on....

    @Verizon horrible just got new service installed on the 2nd now today I have no internet & cable. Have to wait until Thursday for tech to come at my chosen time. The agent gonna tell me I can ask for a credit for the time service is out. That bs will probably be between $5-$7 smh

    The Verizon customer retention situation is comical. - spun off a single line onto its own plan - was $90/mo w no phone upgrade - went to the store and their best offer was $132/mo iphone 16w a device trade in & teacher discount

    @TomasaC93 Yes I agree, I had a personal line for Verizon and switched to a business plan But international calls raised my bill +120% So I switched to t-mobile and never looked back since
