    @VerizonSupport I'm afraid I'll have to call later again when it's crunch time for work. I'd like to have the confidence of knowing my service will be working 12 hours from now when I need it. I'm concerned the problems of the past four days will repeat themselves. I guess time will tell.

    @VerizonSupport My Fios bill increased by $16.00. When I called, I experienced very cold and condescending service from Elaine and her supervisor Albert. 20 year customer and they spoke to me with no empathy or understanding. Issue was not resolved to my satisfaction.

    @VerizonSupport Browsing the web is fine. But Verizon issues (which started last Thursday) are preventing stable enough connections to our work VPN for many colleagues in the DC area to stay connected. Things worked for me early Monday, but by late afternoon, everything slowed. Unusable by 7pm.

    Then went to return my modem at a local drop off and shortly after @VerizonSupport emails me saying I didn’t return all of my modems (I only have one)... they then tell me if I don’t return ‘the other one’ I will be charged $375, makes no sense so I try to call... terrible choice

    @VerizonSupport My work depends on the FIOS high speed internet service for which I'm paying handsomely to be reliable and consistent. For the past four days, it has been anything but, and it's costing me and many others in the DC area productivity, and in some cases the ability to work at all.

    @VerizonSupport yes and it didn’t work. It started last night on one tv. 4.5 hours w/remote tech support withno success. This morning 2 hrs later it was repaired. Happened again 2night. Tech support in India tried 2 help. Now no premium channels & On Demand not working on ALL TV’s!

    Now, I understand it is this guy's job to sell me a product so he can make commission or whatever. But @verizon @VerizonSupport @VerizonCareers, teach your employees to have a little courtesy to tell the customer BEFOREHAND that you won't be getting the same deal in store......

    @hansvestberg I have Verizon Triple Play, Digital Voice, and wireless service. Called customer service to make a change and was given the rudest treatment I’ve had in a long time. “I just told you what it would cost” - the response I got when I asked CS rep to repeat #BigFail

    @NicHulscher Bull ****. Verizon's map says I have G5. It won't even work in my ******* house. I have to use WIFI to make or receive a phone call. 3 years I've been trying to get a discount. WTF am I paying Verizon for services from my internet. Implant - good w/luck customer service.

    @retricted_mov @locolanden67655 @WallStreetApes With a masters degree, I worked at Verizon selling phones with 22 year olds who had no degrees and drove Uber/Lyft when I wasn't working shifts. Of course you can work **** jobs. We did and do. Not sure where you came up with that idea.

    Anyone on here have Verizon Cell service? This **** is absolutely awful. This is like the 3rd time this year where my service will completely go out for no reason for at least 30 mins to an hour with no explanation.
