    @VZWSupport Currently using wireless router x 2 plus 3 phones that we toggle,into when the high speed is throttled,on the 2 jetpacks. Been a customer since 1986. Business account as I was told that would give us priority on the network. That is the speed we get once throttled.

    @VerizonSupport You're welcome. If you can fix this before Monday, maybe I won't have to call and cancel my cable service. Otherwise, On Demand is utterly worthless since I never sit through a movie without at least a 20 break.

    Switched to @Verizon and they been giving me hell ever since 🫠 I thought yall said this was the best service… I feel lied to. Between the run around with customer service, support coaches giving out wrong information, and now my bill is reflected wrong…might as well go back…

    There have been recent phone and network issues reported across the country, depending on your carrier. The largest issue involved a nationwide Verizon outage that also impacted parts of Texas. Users reported phones stuck in “SOS mode” and an inability to make calls, send texts, or use data. At its peak, more than 175,000 users reported problems, with areas like Dallas and Houston among those most affected. Verizon has stated the outage has been resolved. However, the exact cause was not fully explained, though it is believed to have been related to a network or software issue. Smaller outages and service disruptions have continued in some areas. Even after the main outage, some users may still experience issues due to: Network towers recovering or experiencing heavy traffic Devices not fully reconnecting to the network Ongoing regional service interruptions Phones attempting to connect to weak or unstable signals
