    @ATT Is there anyone in customer service capable of correcting my bill? I’ve been trying since I switched from Verizon in August to get it corrected and it’s STILL incorrect. I’ve called multiple times and had the issue escalated to the back office and still no luck.

    @VerizonSupport For 9 of last 13 days, we have lost svc in the morning and evening. Generally goes out between 7-8pm and dsnt come back until the next morning, around 8-9am. Have called support multiple times, had 2 different techs visit. Got mgr phone #’s. Called managers. Rcvd callback once.

    @VerizonSupport MDDQ0RYYSX is the latest. They are all for the same issue, though. But all were closed because the problem is intermittent and when the tech comes out - generally midday - the problem is not present.

    Internet was out, so I call Verizon. The system tells me: “There is no outage in your area.” “We’ll test your internet now… please wait while we test.” 5 minutes late: There is an outage in your area that should fixed at 6:15 pm.” I plan my day… 12:30 pm. Internet’s back!

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
