    @DINOinMDs8th @GovWesMoore Stupid imbecile.@Verizon wired my whole town underground with FiOS 10 years ago. It’s even more reliable than electricity. Hell FiOS is one of the benefits of living in Maryland. But that punk *** 400 mbps from Starlink is crushed by FiOS’ 2,300 mbps of pure broadband speed -up OR freaking down mf.

    The 1st and 3rd gentlemen i dealt with today with @VerizonSupport were awesome. The 2nd (the guy I spent with more than an hour with) sucked ass. Needless to say my issues are still here and I have to call again tomorrow. Waste of 3 hours...

    @DisneyPlusHelp I paid for a monthly subscription but then signed up for Verizon Unlimited. I will cancel the monthly subscription and was told that my account will still be active through the Verizon unlimited offer. However, it is no longer available.

    AT&T guy at target stopped us and told us he can get all 6 likes for $163 a month for 36 months and that our bill would go down because our phones would be paid off. Seemed like too good to be true…curious though. Verizon is expensive.

    The "loyalty penalty" is real: .@ATT, @Verizon, and @TMobile spend billions on device promotions and acquisition. Loyalty plans? Dressed up customer acquisition tools. They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.

    Verizon is trying to hold me hostage. Switched to AT&T - 4 phones and an IPad. They locked the SIM card on the IPad And refuse to unlock it. Poor business model. #verizon #vz #timetolawyerup

    @LibertyMarieEP Was just participating in a city meeting where no one questioned why the city was paying $350 per month to Verizon for service for a cellphone and IPad. City employees were just like “that’s what to costs.”. Way above what they should be paying. No questioning it or concerns. Just paying the inflated costs.

    @LarryJones I was forced to get vaccinated by Verizon… we received emails as management that we had to get vaccinated and upload proof or we would be terminated. As a single mother, I complied and regretted it since. My daughter that did not get vaccinated has never had Covid. Me- 3 xs

    @lehkycharm I get it, but ESPN sucks. I pay for NHL Center ice on Xfinity and get ESPN ultimate from Verizon. I'm paying out the *** for all that btw.
