    Today, someone stole my reserved parking at work so I told parkin and parked somewhere else. Then by lunch they're still in my spot & I got at a $50 parking ticket! Then come home to a very expensive Verizon bill in Kevin's name where someone stole his identity & shopped. Damn!

    @ATT service has been horrible lately around Chattanooga. Dropped calls, loss of signal, dead spots that used to have excellent coverage. I’m pretty close to switching to @verizon

    @VZWSupport Data is slow to nonexistent in South Chattanooga, TN. Calls go through after about 15 seconds.

    I don’t care what their advertising says, @Verizon cell service is terrible, and we live in a metro area of 500,000+ on a major interstate corridor. My cell phone bill is entirely too expensive to have the latency I have.

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon Verizon stores are awful. Switch to Spectrum and save a bundle. Was paying Verizon around $140 for 2 lines & phones. Did a deal with Spectrum, they paid off the phones, $30 per line, so bill down to $60 per month, plus 2 years of Internet at $30/mo. Cut my internet in half.

    @Verizon former employee for 7 or 8 years Verizon has lost what I used as my main way to handle customer service and sales while working there and that's integrity. If I'm not satisfied with the outcome after tomorrow then I'm done and I know a lot of other people will also be done.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 12th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    There have been recent phone and network issues reported across the country, depending on your carrier. The largest issue involved a nationwide Verizon outage that also impacted parts of Texas. Users reported phones stuck in “SOS mode” and an inability to make calls, send texts, or use data. At its peak, more than 175,000 users reported problems, with areas like Dallas and Houston among those most affected. Verizon has stated the outage has been resolved. However, the exact cause was not fully explained, though it is believed to have been related to a network or software issue. Smaller outages and service disruptions have continued in some areas. Even after the main outage, some users may still experience issues due to: Network towers recovering or experiencing heavy traffic Devices not fully reconnecting to the network Ongoing regional service interruptions Phones attempting to connect to weak or unstable signals

    @grok @Jason I have been with Verizon for 23 years and I am done. I have to drive 2 hours to a corporate store to get help otherwise I deal with people who i cant understand and are not incitivised to help me. I cant wait for Starlink to make cell service.
