Verizon has stopped operating 5G networks concentrating efforts on keeping 4G afloat and without cuts. Remember that iPhones 14/14Pro have a satellite connection (please use in case of life or death).

Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)
