    Hey @vastbroadband, in your opinion, how often are outages okay? Bc this is the third one in two weeks. Your overnight answering service is polite, but not even close to helpful. I work from home, and I work late a lot. You’re taking money out of my pocket, Vast. Fix yourself.

    @vastbroadband I pay for internet so that's what u expect when I call and report a townwide outage but Noone can seem to contact a technician to let them know. WtF??!!!

    Over the years I've had several #Internetproviders & the absolute worst is without a doubt my current provider @vastbroadband, it's always the customer who has terrible equipment, never Vast even when their system is down. Only thing worse is their #CustomerExperience

    @cerealkella @vastbroadband This is the quickest way to tell that a company: 1) Doesn't understand the value of a brand 2) Has something to hide inside the fold and/or 3) Is making more of its money from acquisition/sale than actual service
