    @vastbroadband must have a new company policy. “When a customer calls in, we must make them wait thirty minutes before answering the phone. This way they will give up on the call and we don’t have to speak with them! BRILLIANT!” Been a while since a phone call was this bad.

    @paultenhaken @vastbroadband Thank you Mayor. My front yard has sod that was once smooth and green, now ripped up, laying in a pile a dead in my yard. I have a 3 foot hole that was dug and never properly compacted upon completion, that was simply given a plastic cover and is now sinking in.

    Over the years I've had several #Internetproviders & the absolute worst is without a doubt my current provider @vastbroadband, it's always the customer who has terrible equipment, never Vast even when their system is down. Only thing worse is their #CustomerExperience

    The amount of damage @vastbroadband did to me and my neighbors yards so the 7 of us have a choice of 3 internet providers instead of 2 is quite impressive.

    @vastbroadband What it is though, is a problem. I work from home, I work odd hours. Should I just start planning on vast internet not working from 1-7am? This used to happen every two weeks. Apparently now it’s on the daily. I reply on your service to do my job. 2/3

    @vastbroadband Our service has gone down again in Sturgis. This is the third time today and the sixth time since Friday! I am going to call Midco tomorrow to inquire about changing providers. This is unacceptable service. I can never get through to speak to anyone!

    @JSR2gamers @CoxHelp I've been having similar issues with @vastbroadband where I'll have dropped 0 frames the entire stream, then about 1.5hrs in 100% disconnect and I have to reboot my router and restart stream. It has only happened during streams oddly enough

    . @vastbroadband three phone calls requesting a call back over the past three days. Have yet to get a call back. I’ll repeat, for those in the back. MY INTERNET GOES OUT EVERY TWO WEEKS. HAVE YET TO GET A CALL BACK. USING MY PHONE AS A HOTSPOT TO WORK. Vast, fix yourself.

    @vastbroadband has the absolute worst #CustomerService of any industry/business/corporation in our country. They always say the consumer has faulty equipment, when you confront them they will disconnect your call.

    @vastbroadband my internet is out. Again. It was out last night at this time. Yes, I rebooted my modem. Yes, I checked all the cords. This problem is becoming so regular it’s not even surprising anymore. 1/3

    @cerealkella @vastbroadband This is the quickest way to tell that a company: 1) Doesn't understand the value of a brand 2) Has something to hide inside the fold and/or 3) Is making more of its money from acquisition/sale than actual service
