-
Raj Parikh (@rajivdparikh) reported from Livingston, New Jersey@MSuleiman @MattFriedmanNJ This is a envelope design issue related to USPS auto-mail sorting systems, and frankly is not as prevalent as folks *believe* given the millions of ballots mailed out and volume of ballots returned.
-
Respect Kendall Hinton (@OBthe2nd) reported from Staten Island Junction, New Jersey@BarbaraOBrien @goodcow @HC_Richardson I have no issue with the letter carriers or the hub staff - they do admirable work 8 days a week. It’s “corporate” implementing stupid decisions and procedure without pushback on the USPS C-suite and board.
-
juicekickz_ (@juicekickz_) reported from Union, New Jersey@USPS @USPSHelp my package says it’s been delivered but it’s not on my door step. Please fix this issue or my ancestors will pay you guys a visit.
-
Hepcat Jitterbug (@devildave632) reported from Clark, New JerseyGood morning, 10 hours of sleep!! It's raining and hopefully it's not bad at the USPS I'm in no mood for a bad day! Took a shower and have coffee, I'm am having ear issues, so that's gonna suck all day. Be good, and be dry

-
Liana Brooke (@Liana_bro0ke) reported from Staten Island Junction, New JerseyWhy does @Macys hang up on you every time you are being transferred to an agent? Really @ups and @USPS .... You all 3 have failed miserably in providing service of any kind let alone excellent. #badcustomerservice
-
MR. S (@civale10) reported from Staten Island Junction, New Jersey@USPS today’s the third day with no mail delivery to my whole block ?!? I know it snowed 3 days ago but come on !
-
Brian (@bbottini) reported from Westfield, New JerseyHow does it take 5+ days to deliver a priority mail package within the same state (NJ)? National disgrace, not seeing these issues with UPS and FedEx. #USPSdelays @USPS
-
💥POW (@iamseaza) reported from Kenilworth, New Jersey@9NEWSNANCY @BernieSanders USPS isn't meant to "make" money - it is a public service. Or - if you want to look at it that way, how much money does the military lose every year?
-
Justin Dearing (@zippy1981) reported from Cranford, New Jersey@datachick @FerventGeek I don't get it. I'm pretty libertarian, but USPS provides literal negative barrier to entry in private parcel service, and provides a commons for commerce to occur. Let it exist. It's not hurting you if you don't use it.
-
Joe Borelli (@JoeBorelliNYC) reported from Staten Island Junction, New JerseyHey @JoeBiden, how are we still blaming the disaster of the @USPS @USPSHelp on COVID? Why is it impossible to get any passport appointment? Trying for weeks. Now it will cost another $60 to expedite, I’m sure I will have to pay even more for rushed service. Why do we accept this?
-
The Point Baseball Cards (@thepointsports1) reported from Staten Island Junction, New Jersey@Keb0629 @USPS I guess I’ve become spoiled by a lack of issues, and then BAM... Thankfully my buyers are much less concerned than I am.
-
Rob Hart (@robwhart) reported from Staten Island Junction, New JerseyIf the USPS is a government service but needs to be dismantled because it’s losing money, we should do the military next. I mean we spent over $600 billion on it in 2018 and did it even turn a profit?
-
Kelly Felmingham (@kjaneb) reported from South Orange, New JerseyThere is a crazy feeling of dread when you find out after you sent a parcel via @UPS Worldwide Expedited and it takes 4 days (over a weekend) do arrive in Australia, that delivery is done by @startrack/@auspost 😱. I promise I will never complain about USPS again!
-
✨marlo, chaos fairy✨ (@marlosbooknook) reported from Westfield, New Jersey@filis_queen I think it’s just postage services being overloaded with corona online shopping. We had a couple issues with packages from USPS and UPS but we were able to call and work it out
-
Desmond❤️🙏🏾 (@thee__dmc) reported from Staten Island Junction, New Jersey@USPS I got a message from you guys saying my package couldn’t be delivered today. I’m not understanding why when all the delivery person had to do was open the gate. COMMON SENSE!!!
-
teresah (@The_Pop_In) reported from Staten Island Junction, New Jersey@UPS given your current horrible customer service, and the govt messing with the USPS, I would choose USPS over your service any day from now on. The pony express would be better. Where is my package?
-
Parisi (@Parisi2274) reported from Staten Island Junction, New JerseyGod I hate the @USPS. I shipped a package to my cousin via Priority mail, which listed a 2 Day transit time and then delivery. It’s going on 6 days now and all it says is my package will be delivered later than expected. Good thing I paid for that Priority service. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
-
PASSPORT ABUSER (@grandpa_ocho) reported from Union, New Jerseyevery person I’ve spoken to from the twitter help team, customer service reps( who can’t tell an apple from a plate of rice) or know any of your policies, to the local USPS offices in Union, and Houston. It’s a damn shame that any of my tax paying money goes to an organization
-
Debi Rose (@CMDebiRose) reported from Staten Island Junction, New JerseyI object to proposed @USPS changes that, in some cases, are already making it more difficult for my constituents to receive their mail, medicines and retirement checks due to service delays from reduced mail sorting activities, fewer mailboxes and limiting delivery schedules.

NewsForce (@Newsforce) reportedUS POSTAL SERVICE WARNS IT COULD RUN OUT OF MONEY IN 12 MONTHS USPS lost $9 billion in 2025 and says it could soon run out of operating funds entirely. The agency serves 167 million addresses and cannot drop unprofitable routes unlike private carriers. Source: NewsForce Host: @MacyGunnell
-
Tommy, Short Magnum PI Impersonator (@Unit025) reported@Asst_to_the_RM I think mandatory government service would be more interesting. 2 years, but you can serve as TSA, USPS, DOD, or DoS
-
Michael McCall (@Michael10553784) reportedUSPS has the most incompetent people working for them. The worst customer service ever and can’t even get a simple hold mail right or a forward mail correct. The federal government should give it to Amazon, so they stop wasting billions of dollars a year.
-
Redwave47 (@Redwave45Q) reportedInstead of cutting the fat at the top with postmasters, MPOOs etc… making over 6 figures a year @USPS wants to screw the ones who actually do the work. We need @DOGE to come in and get rid of all the waste and fraud. Talk to employees on what they see is the problem and for solutions
-
waltb310 (docb2020 on threads) (@waltb310) reportedThe @USPS sucks. It is a HORRIBLE SERVICE. Spend $33 for “Priority Express” overnight service to send a letter only 100 miles from two major cities and it takes TWO DAMN DAYS. Before the current management, a normal postage stamp could send a letter 200 miles in a day.
-
Lina Mora (@LinaMora1609) reported@FashionNovaHelp @FashionNova this is unacceptable. Several of my orders show as delivered by USPS to a third-party agent, but the packages are missing and the courier cannot locate them. I need answers, proof of delivery, or a refund. This is not okay.
-
Dyann McDonnell (@McdonnellDyann) reportedUSPS! Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
-
J. Anon (@JAnon01836229) reported@reallyoptimized @aadilpickle I loved Amazon Fresh when I had it many years ago, when I was working full with health problems. USPS would often screw if up somehow, usually just delayed too long, then Amazon would give me lots of free food, including some slightly melted frozen food. They stopped then.
-
japecake (@japecake) reported@JoshPhillipsPhD A four-day USPS week isn't ideal, but it's probably one of the least intrusive cost-cutting measures possible. One thing I'd add is that the extra day off should come in the middle of the week (Tuesday or Wednesday) to prevent the longer delivery delays of a three-day weekend.
-
DisTrackers (@DisTrackers) reported@rastling247 @SungTaiSan Another issue is carriers have slowed down… especially USPS from what I’ve noticed.
