    The #TFDAP portal no longer shows the zip code on the customer's account. I guess a lot of dealers were porting out numbers to another carrier that they had to slow the bleed somehow. This only urges #dealers to activate less #SimpleMobile and more @ultra_mobile

    @ultra_mobile I have contacted your customer service several times to activate my sim and and link it to my old ultra number as I had lost my phone but none of ur agents have been able to resolve my issue. It is frustrating and stressful. Help !

    @ultra_mobile has more than 15.64 million total prepaid customers and they don't support eSIM yet? Highly surprising to me. I'm pretty sure you are going to loose millions of customers after the launch of eSIM enforced iPhone14.

    @ultra_mobile But, when do you plan on offering eSIM support? New iPhone 14 users with existing ultra plans can’t do anything because ultra mobile won’t give eSIM service.

    @ultra_mobile I'm trying to get my account number and your customer service is making it very difficult to get. I'm not sure what games you are playing but if you think I'm going to stay with Ultra, think again

    @ultra_mobile How long is your website to be down for maintenance? Cannot reach account via desktop browser, laptop w/different browser, Chromebook app/browser, android phone app. Cannot access acount x4 days - any sort of timeline on when I might be able to do that?
