    @ultra_mobile moved to eSIM yesterday and I can’t access data after that. Multiple calls to customer service didn’t resolve the issue. They keep saying it’s an outage. Has been 24+hours without data now.

    @ultra_mobile you guys r doing seriously so bad Markiting. I sm using yiur ultra from more then 2 years snd being to told me unlimited in 49 dollar but why it finsh then yiu text messsg 80 percent finsh then you say slow speed then yiu stop sorry guys

    @ultra_mobile But, when do you plan on offering eSIM support? New iPhone 14 users with existing ultra plans can’t do anything because ultra mobile won’t give eSIM service.

    Hey @ultra_mobile , When are you going to support eSIM? I have a new iPhone 14 and cant use it because of your lack of support. PS I have a multi-month plan and will lose it if I switch networks, which I am trying to avoid.

    @TanviG10 @ultra_mobile Yes, it was resolved. The only issue is that they have a snail pace social media customer care service team!

    The #TFDAP portal no longer shows the zip code on the customer's account. I guess a lot of dealers were porting out numbers to another carrier that they had to slow the bleed somehow. This only urges #dealers to activate less #SimpleMobile and more @ultra_mobile

    @ultra_mobile since yesterday I've been having trouble logging in to my account on both the android app and the website to renew my plan. Android app gives error 423 - ClientError. ETA on a fix?

    @ultra_mobile My phone number was stolen! Is there anyone who can help? The scammer stole my phone number and ported it to another device. I need your answer, your security system sucks, and now I lost my Amazon account linked to the old phone number. Someone has to step in!
