  @Tracfone agent told me my auto refill will kick in before plan expires. Now it didn't. Next agent is telling me I can only do it manually for a higher price. Agent is citing a glitch in the system for why it didn't refill in time. Now I must pay manual refill. Agent can't help.

  iphone was bricked so i got a tracfone suddenly iphone continues working again. it was fully bricked and wouldn't turn on at all wtf? haha but im not mad

  @1638ErJ_Jr @KeithMalinak My first phone was a Moto G3, used it for 6-7 years before technology out grew it. My second is a Moto G7 Play. I've had it for 8 years & I'm surprised at the battery life, and still no tech problems. Just bought a Motorola Bleu TracFone for $30.00 as my backup phone. Its great!

  I've been with TracFone for many years, but last night, I had trouble activating an e-card to refill my minutes, text and data. When I finally contacted them, they're like "That plan's no longer available, sorry". Then why can you still purchase the card on Walmart's site?? 😵‍💫

  @SocialSecurity You all have to do better. All I'd wanted to do was change my phone no. The id went ok then it did not "recognize" my no. It's a @Tracfone. So I went to the trouble to call today. She changed my no in the system AND I booked an in-person appt in Hartford. Then...

  So I've been using @Tracfone for over a couple years now. I am on their rewards program. Today I refilled my service using my points and they took all of my rollover data. I chatted w customer service who low key poverty shamed me n called me a liar. Is this how you do business?
