    Horrible @TMobile idea of customer service when it comes to their slow or not working LTE is to lie to them and ask fo access to private information. Slow cooker @JohnLegere may like slow things but I like my high speed data to be fast.

    @TMobileHelp We never had the iWatch to begin with. The person who sold us the phones added it to our account, if by mistake or not I’m not sure but we only have 2 iwatches, not 3. We didn’t know til recently.

    @VerizonSupport I expected no less from @VerizonSupport. No effort to gather information like specific store location or employee names to actually address the issue. Just disinterest and dismissal of the cause. I wish I never would’ve switched from @TMobile where their support actually cares.

    @TMobileHelp I already waited 90 days and only got 225 out of the 400 promised. Now the Customer care including the escalated Manager (Travis) is indirectly accepting, T-Mobile misled to close the sale.

    @Simon_Ingari @TMobile got in a ton of trouble because they told us we weren't allowed to share our salaries with each other. That's actually against the law you have every right to share your salary it's how you prevent inequality in the workplace
